2 tbsp of black chia seeds
1 cup of milk of choice (I prefer Soy milk for a protein boost)
1 scoop of protein powder (I used Pure Protein vanilla milkshake)
Dash of cinnamon
Fruit of choice for toppings (oats topping is optional)
Recipe
Mix black chia seeds, milk, cinnamon, and protein powder in a mason jar or container of choice. Put the container in the fridge overnight and before eating, add your fruit and toppings of choice. Enjoy!
