Overnight High Protein Chia Seed Pudding


If you're looking for a easy quick high protein breakfast, this recipe is for you. This overnight chia seed pudding has 410 calories, 36g of protein, 14.5g of fat, and 32g of carbs.


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of black chia seeds

  • 1 cup of milk of choice (I prefer Soy milk for a protein boost)

  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I used Pure Protein vanilla milkshake)

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Fruit of choice for toppings (oats topping is optional)


Recipe

Mix black chia seeds, milk, cinnamon, and protein powder in a mason jar or container of choice. Put the container in the fridge overnight and before eating, add your fruit and toppings of choice. Enjoy!
