This will be a 1 hour Pilates Sculpt mat class led by Joelle Jenkins at Sweat & Soul Studios! Light weights will be used and refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own mat or you can rent one for $5! Please wear PASTEL COLORS as we sculpt our way into spring 🌸
